2. After sales service measures
1. After sales service system
1) Our company's after-sales service system is fully managed in accordance with the ISO9001 three in one quality management system.
2) Our company has established an after-sales service department, whose main responsibility is to timely and accurately complete after-sales service tasks. The after-sales service process is as follows:
3) All service information from customers is fed back to the after-sales service department to ensure the integrity of the information. The head of the quality inspection department is responsible for overall management and handling.
4) The after-sales service requirements from customers are classified in the after-sales service department, distinguishing the nature of after-sales service and issuing service instructions. The main purpose of distinguishing the nature of after-sales service is to identify the cause of the malfunction, which facilitates the company's statistical analysis of the after-sales service content generated in the next stage and further search for ways to reduce it.

2. Free provision of technical collaboration
1) We will provide users with the necessary information free of charge and welcome them to come to the company for inspection and guidance at any time.
2) When necessary, we can assist users in scheme planning and design, and provide technical consulting services.
3) Cooperate with relevant departments to review, accept, and identify products according to relevant product standards.
3. Free supervision and acceptance
1) During the product production phase, users are welcome to send personnel to the company for supervision, and we will provide convenient accommodation and meals.
2) Before the product leaves the factory, personnel can be sent to the company to participate in the factory inspection.
3) At the time of product delivery, we will dispatch dedicated technical personnel to provide on-site tracking services. When the product is unpacked, we will cooperate with your technical personnel to inspect and accept the appearance and quantity of the product, and handle equipment quality and quantity shortages.
